2) What is the delivery time?
We usually ship orders within 1 business day. Average delivery time:
- Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- Belgium: 2–3 business days
- You will always receive a track & trace once your order is on its way.
3) Can I return my order?
Yes, absolutely. At Woefel, you have a 30-day cooling-off period.
If the product doesn't fit or you're not satisfied with it, you can easily return it.
4) Are returns free?
Yes. Returns are always free at Woefel within 30 days.

4) Can I still change my address?
As long as your order has not yet been shipped. Email us directly at info@woefel.nl with your order number and the correct address.

1) Are your dog beds truly orthopedic?
Yes, our dog beds are designed for optimal support and comfort. The filling helps to reduce pressure points and supports muscles and joints — ideal for any dog, including larger breeds and older dogs.
2) What size dog bed do I need?
On every product page, you'll find our sizing chart. This allows you to see at a glance which size best fits your dog.

3) Is the cover removable and washable?
Yes! The cover is removable and can be washed at 30°C to max 40°C (delicate wash cycle).
When drying, lay the cover flat on a drying rack. The cover may shrink in the dryer.
4) Is the dog bed suitable for puppies?
Certainly. A good basket helps puppies settle down faster.
Tip: immediately teach your puppy that the basket is a resting place (not a toy 😉).
